We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchanges for Faulty Items
We only accept exchanges if an item arrives faulty or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at explicitinkstudio@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective item.

  3. If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  4. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a replacement of the same product.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or accidental orders.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit.
