Exchanges for Faulty Items
We only accept exchanges if an item arrives faulty or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective item.
If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a replacement of the same product.
